BEWell: Hello, sunshine. I thank you for viewing my eclectic blog. I use it as a journal - for reflecting, planning, analyzing, and even venting pent up emotions at times - think of it as a pensive of sorts. I also want it to be a spot for sharing interests - I am on a journey to wellness, so I am recording that journey herein. I have posts about cooking, recipes, food science, activity and exercise, 'medical' (alternative mostly) therapy, questions... I also am intent on improving my knitting and sewing skills, so this blog is a catch all for thoughts and accomplishments thereto related as well.
