 New Computer!  Today I took the plunge and bought myself a laptop. I have been researching for weeks. Makin lists of pros and cons of whether it get a laptop, of brands, of features, or stores...  I talked myself into and out of it like a zillion times (ok, maybe not a zillion, so literal a reader, but dozens definitely). I sought options about tech from techie family, functionality from folks who use similar features, and the basic question, "should I do it" from loved ones.  I don't know why it is so hard for me to spend on a device that I know I will use nearly every day, and will use personally and professionally. It seems like too much money, like I should  not spend the money - like it is an extravagance.  I deny myself the luxury of a contemporary device. Yet, I do lots of tech stuff - make instructional videos for the online courses I teach, host video calls, write, publish ebooks, send email, stream music, videos, edit videos... the list goes on and on.  Maybe i
