Report: Bird and wildlife viewing 4/1/15
I started today with a long walk through a park that hosts diverse ecosystems and niche communities including: lake, river, pond, woodland, meadow - so lots of different birds and beasties (and plantzez too).
This mornings sightings:
An opossum crossing the trail, lumbering through the understory, and later, walking atop a fallen log gloriously positioned in the sunshine with a river backdrop.
Heard spring peepers! Amphibian activity!! Spring for sure.
