My favorite way
I began the day in my favorite way drinking hot tea, reading while sitting on the porch surrounded by songbirds at the feeder, foggy early morning air, and the gurgling of the crick.
I did my 'morning cup of yoga' routine too - to help get my sluggish blood flowing and muscles limbered for a day of adventure, family fun and card playing.
I am taking this moment between to tap into my deeper self - exploring the possibilities of me.
In the book I am reading, The Wednesday Sisters by Meg Waite Clayton, I cam upon the wise and encouraging words, "it was the writing that mattered. It was through the writing that we were coming to know who we were."
